Patriots season ends
Hey all,
Well what exactly what I thought would happen happened. As if the
New York Jets could win a game that was crucial. They still had the
hopes of winning to make the wild card if the Ravens had lost as well.
But it doesn’t matter now. It doesn’t look like Eric Mangini or Brett
Favre will be back next season but we will wait and see.
The coach of the year voting is in and Bill Belichick only received
one vote. How rotten is that? Sure, Sparono did a great job in Miami
but it was Bill Parcells who got the franchise turned around. Any way,
you take any team and put those many injuries on them and take away
their star players on offense and defense and see if they win 11
games. Ok, I am a little bias. Coach Belichick Rules in my book.
It was reported on FSN New England that the Patriots were planning
to franchise quarterback Matt Cassel. It was also reported that Tom
Brady was behind in his rehad and may need additional surgery
threatening his 2009 season.
